About Peniel Training
The aim of Peniel is to provide quality trained individuals to our clients in various industries. We aim to assist, support individuals, and organisations in maintaining, improving and enhancing their development.
Peniel training plays a role in the community; providing training, developing skills and promoting career change. Our overall aim is to prepare people to fit into the employment market by providing them with high level of skills.
Our training activities are planned through consultation with employer's, commerce bodies and other influential services that have offered advice, which aims to guarantee high achievement and successful outcomes in the entire course we offer.
Training for Health Care Assistants
Healthcare assistants, auxiliary nurses, Support workers all have the opportunity to obtain NVQ qualification in care up to Level 3.
Obtaining NVQ Level 2 will lead to the person having more responsibility in terms of the role they are fulfilling and it is a government requirement to obtain this within the Health Care industry.
Training for Teaching Assistants
Teaching assistants, nursery nurses, play assistants all have the opportunity to obtain NVQ qualification up to Level 3.
Obtaining NVQ Level 2 will lead to the person having more responsibility in terms of the role they are fulfilling and it is a government requirement to work within this industry.
Peniel training is specialised for courses to a maximum of 26 weeks and minimum of one day.

Our training offers learners the opportunity to develop their creative and analytical thinking skills through investigating, making and justifying proposals for improvements, predicting and planning. Students are encouraged to use the unit specifications as a frame work and to be imaginative in their learning programme.
